Hermann Burger

Hermann Burger is master of equestrian business and responsible for the dressage horses' training at Ramsbrock stables, where he did his apprenticeship, too. He currently presents his top horses Sergio and Roy Black in dressage classes up to advanced level. He has a special knack for youngsters. Like that he rode Doris Day (2010) and Escolar (2012 u. 2013) to victory at the National Championships. 

Hedda Droege

Hedda Droege who was first successful in show-jumping and eventing, managed to establish herself in dressage Grand Prix level classes in record time. She started triumphantly in Piaff-Förderpreis with her horses Laura Lux and Fifth Avenue. With Donatella she placed second in the Louisdor-Prize.

Christian Flamm

The chief rider from the Stud Bornmuehle is a master of equine management and has already trained numerous horses up to the advanced level (S) class. Since this year a training-cooperation between Christian Flamm and Johannes Augustin does exist.

Yvonne Kläne

Yvonne Kläne is professional rider at Stud Vorwerk, where she mainly trains the young stallions, but also has numerous successes in the advanced class. So she became e.g. with San Francisco OLD Vice Champion of the Weser-Ems Championships 2019.


Ingrid Klimke

Ingrid Klimke has already represented Germany five times at Olympic Games in the discipline eventing, winning three times a medal with the team. With Franziskus and Geraldine she placed herself in the final of the Burg Pokal-trophy in 2016 and both horses are already qualified for the final of the Louisdor-Prize. Since 2017, Johannes Augustin supports her, especially with the horses' training in hands.

David Leßnig

David Leßnig finished his master of equine business in 2014 with the Stenbeck award. Since 2010 he works for the Ramsbrock Stables and he is very successful in training the dressage horses up to advanced level. With Ludwig K he currently celebrates successes up to Intermediaire I level. 

Therese Nilshagen

The native Swede Therese Nilshagen, chief rider at the Dressurleistungszentrum Lodbergen, led numerous stallions from young horse tests to Bundeschampionat to their first Grand Prix successes. Since 2016 she has been a member of the Swedish Championship squad with Dante Weltino OLD. In 2017 the pair won team bronze at the European Championships in Gothenburg/SWE and took fourth place in the freestyle and fifth place in the special. In 2018 at the World Equestrian Games in Tryon/USA the Swedish team finished fourth and immediately qualified for the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo/JPN. In 2019 at the European Championships in Rotterdam the team again won team bronze and good individual placings.

Melanie Tewes

Melanie Tewes, Master of Horse Management, is responsible for the dressage training of horses and riders at Stud Vorwerk. She mainly presents young horses in dressage competitions for young horses. With the six-year-old Holstein grey stallion Caracciola MT she won bronze at the World Championships for young dressage horses in Ermelo/NED in 2019 as well as at the Bundeschampionat in Warendorf.


Pia Wischerath

At the age of 16 Pia Wischerath began her training as a horse manager with Ronny Roelans. Afterwards she moved to the stable of the Rhineland regional trainer Wolfgang Winkelhues, where she celebrated her first successes in the advanced class with Don Augustino. On her further way she became self-employed in the stable of Jürgen van Damme and within only two years she achieved the necessary successes for the Golden Riding Badge, with which she was honoured in 2019. In the same year Pia also passed the master examination with distinction. In the meantime she rides for Zuchthof Bornmühle in Groß Nemerow and has reached the Grand Prix class with Science Fiction OLD.
